Carlton County Historical Society
History connects us. CCHS collects and shares the histories of Carlton County, finding multiple voices and paths that connect our past, present, and future.

Carlton County Historical Society
Consider joining the Carlton County Historical Society as a sustaining member! Sustainers give a monthly gift in an amount of your choosing to provide steady support to CCHS.
Already an annual member? Change to a monthly sustaining member and continue to receive all membership benefits.
Why Make the Switch?
Monthly donations are processed automatically, saving CCHS time and postage on membership renewal letters, and sparing you the trouble of remembering to renew! Monthly gifts also provide financial security for CCHS with monthly income we can depend on.
Memberships account for roughly half of our annual budget. Your support goes a long way in ensuring that our operations and programming continue serving our community year-round.
Your Gift at Work
$5/month covers one month of printing ink in a year.
$10/month covers the cost of one newsletter
$20/month funds a Pints & the Past program.
$30/month pays for gift shop items.

$50/month supports the maintenance of our building.
Sustaining memberships are processed by an online platform called Givebutter, which will send automatic receipts to your email.

New tree and bench! The Shaw family donated a tree to commemorate the centennial of the Shaw Memorial Library. We are making plans for a special garden to make the space beautiful and comfortable.
